Could Home Values Drop Over a Lack EV Chargers?

Our very own, Nicky Lonergan was interviewed by the Australian Associated Press on how apartment communities face a dilemma over the installation of Electric Vehicle chargers.

Unit owners could see their home value drop as new developments from October 2023 will be required to have this infrastructure installed.

The push towards transition to electric vehicles is underway for homeowners who can power up in their own garage, but for millions of apartments, access to charging remains a significant barrier.
