The return of Penalty Interest is good news for Bodies Corporate

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, State governments across Australia introduced legislation to help limit the financial impact. In Queensland, that legislation meant that Bodies Corporate could not charge penalty interest on unpaid levies for the period from 25 May 2020 and 30 April 2022.
